These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to DreamzDeal. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure
• Individual sellers may post after email and phone verification
• Merchant sellers may need GSTIN, Google Business details, and admin approval before listings go live
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law

Listings & content

• You are responsible for the accuracy of listings, prices, images, and knowledge-base notes
• Listings may be reviewed before publish and can be rejected or archived
• Do not post illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content
• DreamzDeal may edit or remove content that violates policy

Online offers & local services

• Online offers are typically visible by country
• Local services may use finer location (city, pin) for discovery
• External and affiliate links may take you to third-party sites; their terms apply there

AI consultant

• Chat responses are assistive and may be incomplete or incorrect — verify before purchasing or booking
• When you request contact with a store, we may forward your inquiry and contact details to the owner
• Do not use the AI to harass, spam, or extract personal data unlawfully

Fees & affiliates

Some links may be monetized. Prices and availability on third-party sites can change without notice. DreamzDeal is not a party to purchases completed off-platform unless explicitly stated.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” during beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, ranking positions, or specific savings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamzDeal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates may be highlighted on the site.
